Crown Healthcare Negotiators attempts to help these individuals by working through all available options to satisfy the bill, including government and private entitlement programs, charity programs, negotiated reductions or payment plans. Crown Healthcare Negotiators recognizes that there are many individuals who find themselves in need of our services due to being under insured or not having medical insurance. In an effort to

and print or save our Application For Assistance: If you would like Crown Healthcare Negotiators to negotiate on your medical bills, an Application For Assistance form must be filled out in detail so that we may know the best avenue to take when negotiating on your behalf. Your application can either be faxed or mailed to CHN. Crown Healthcare Negotiators will generally respond via email, fax or by phone within 5 business days of receipt of your application.
